The legendary Seiko "Bottlecap"

This watch needs no introduction. The unique looks of the conic anodized stainless steel body, unidirectional bezel, great lume and iconic hands give this watch its well-earned reputation and makes it a sought after piece for collectors. The workhorse 4R36 automatic movement and the affordable price are nice bonuses.

I just received my SRPC61 with stainless bracelet. It's a definite keeper! What a great automatic for only $139. It's has a workhorse 4R36A, which is hacking and handwinding. The crystal is Hardlex, which I've never had any issues with. It's not a screwdown crown, so it's not a diver but is rated to 100m so you can get it wet. Good Seiko lume. The signed bracelet is good quality with the only nitpick being that they chose 20mm instead of 22mm. I thought this watch would be too big because Massdrop said it's 45mm but it's smaller than that. The face is very legible and looks great. I can't believe this watch is priced so low and I think it's much nicer than a more expensive SKX007.

RichfaxI’m thinking about getting this one to also called the bottle cap, I think it will look good on a black nato , it’s so round, lugs are kinda hide, nato will make it pop!

Watch came in fast. Estimated ship date was 8/28/18 and I received it today 8/10/18. This is a comfortable watch, doesn't feel too heavy, sits nicely on the wrist. I'll probably switch out the band with a nato. I like how unobtrusive the lugs are, they sort of disappear.
