If anyone is experiencing these same issues, please reach out to our support team. https://www.massdrop.com/support. They are currently backlogged on their tickets, so responses may be slightly delayed. However, we just got off the phone with Sennheiser, and they are not reporting any known issues with this model. Once our support team processes your ticket, they will put you in touch with one of Sennheiser's Product Specialists who will be able to assist you.

ArthurMHey ArthurM. I think several of us are having issues with out Mics not registering. Was I suppose to send these to Sennheiser or should I wait to hear from you all? I really don't want a refurbished set since these are brand new

ArthurMYeah, so that's great and all, but I want a new headset. I don't want to talk to Sennheiser about spending 20$ to RMA them my new headset to get a rat bag used/refurb replacement.

ScatterI don't think you are understanding. Massdrop will have us return the headsets to them to get a brand new set. I think it will take some time too since we are not the only two dealing with this.
Also I had this set up to be sent to Sennheiser and they emailed me a shipping label and told me to ship them to them and they would replace them.
I passed on that since ArthurM said it would be better to handle this through massdrop so I have the box ready to ship back to massdrop when they email me a label.
Give massdrop until Monday or Tuesday to email you back. I don't think they are open on Saturday

bjwI understand, it's been 48 hours and I don't have a response to my ticket. Typically on Amazon, I have a UPS label for return within 5 minutes of reporting a defective product.
