After having this for a few days, I can tell you I like it for everything I've used it for as a Bluetooth earpiece. Music sounds fantastic, albeit mono, however being as such, I would not expect more from the device as packaged. It makes no exorbitant claims as far as I can tell. Lows are reproduced to my liking enough to satisfy mobile desires. I am satisfied with this purchase.
ALSO! I had to interact with the support staff on more than one occasion because of my own faults, and they were more than willing to work with me. I had a great interaction with customer support.
