ArthurMWe all make mistakes. Was a little surprised when it arrived and was silver. After having it for a couple of days I actually prefer the silver. Also as mentioned the wall charger was a little added bonus not expected. Thanks for the post Arthur M. and also to Massdrop for admitting to the mistake and also taking action as to make sure everyone is satisfied and what steps to take in order to rectify the mistake of you supplier.

Nevertheless, we have brought this situation up with Sennheiser, and they have agreed to allow exchanges. If you wish to exchange your silver model for the black model, you will need to send us back the headset (with wall charger), and we will try to get the replacement units as soon as possible.
Since you all were sent products that did not fit our description, you also have the option to return the headset for a full refund. If either of these options appeal to you, please reach out to us at https://www.massdrop.com/support and we will get you sorted out.
Also, since we purchased these headsets from Sennheiser directly, the warranty will still be valid.
