Careful-Buyer Beware of MassDrop. I ordered 2 of these cables which do not work with any of my Apple devices and they refuse to let me return them (for refund, credit, something I can use). Their response to me was quite insulting telling me it is my fault for not researching their Customers Discussion page to find out they won't work with Apple. I purchased 6 expensive cords total with this order and that is how they chose to treat me.
BubbatheroaddogHey, do the cables not work with any devices at all, or just apple devices?

BubbatheroaddogIDK because all I have are Apple devices and these cords don't work with any of them. I really don't know if these cords even work at all because I can't plug them in.
BubbatheroaddogJust to confirm, are you trying to use them with your iPhone or such? Because if so, these cables are Mini B and not lightning so they would not be compatible.

BubbatheroaddogYes, I purchased them to use with my iPhone and other Apple products to discover after I bought them they will not fit Apple. Now MassDrop is not only telling me that I am stuck with somet I can't use and they refuse to let me have a refund or return for credit plus they told me it was my fault for not checking further. I think their description should be more clear.

BubbatheroaddogI mean it states quite clearly that these are USB to mini USB connectors and not USB to lightning USB connectors. They are right in that it's your fault. Reading just the first sentence in that description would have told you all you needed to know. And as for non-refundable, this is because Massdrop isn't the manufacturer. The way it works is they put an order out with everyone to the producer and they make it and send it to Massdrop to distribute. Think of Massdrop as the UPS. You don't go to the UPS if you buy a Samsung phone charger and find it doesn't fit your Apple device. Now if the cable you received ended up not working, i.e. your mini USB device doesn't connect, then you can reach out the Massdrop since it is a faulty product, not buyer error.
TL;DR: In the nicest way possible, your fault, you dun fucked up.

BubbatheroaddogYeh I think your problem isn't the cables but that you are foolish enough to get yourself involved in vendor lock in. Problem resides between the phone and the chair you are sitting in.
