Just go to this page: http://www.sandscomputing.com/id11.html
And depending on your machine, pick to download the 64 bit version of the software ( http://sandscomputing.com/Applications/SewWhat-Pro64.msi ) or 32 bit version of the software ( http://sandscomputing.com/Applications/SewWhat-Pro32.msi ).
If you are not sure which version to download, just start with the 64 bit version first.

Hi @Connie,
When we were trying capturing the funds from the group on Thursday, there seems to have been a bit of hiccup with yours. We submitted the order for the rest of the group on Thursday so that we could get the code from S & S Computing in time before the weekend. We submitted your order to S&S separately on Friday, and we should be able to get you your code on Monday.
