Hi everybody. We've been attempting to contact Shelfies throughout the day to sort out any problems that you may have as well as arrange for those of you who have defective sweaters to get a full refund. We'll make sure that everybody ends up happy no matter what and we'll be posting more updates here as we get them back from Shelfies.

steveHey Steve! Thanks for the info. I will be keeping mine just to avoid the hassle of returns but had a question. All reviews and pictures I found when researching Shelfies prior to order looked like they made a quality product. The prices certainly indicate they should be of decent quality. I could not believe paying full price and getting what I was delivered. I was openly embaressed in front of my neighbor and friend by how shameful the quality is. Half a dozen people I showed it to all thought the same thing, these are some reject batch that i got a deal on. I had to explain multiple times that as far as the information I was given this is the true quality of a shelfies sweater. I had a month to wait for the sweater so I showed everybody and told everybody how excited I was then it felt like I got a cereal box toy for a christmas morning present. Could you give us some feedback on that?

steveUnfortunately, I think I'll be requesting a refund. I was really excited, but after 6 weeks of nothing (including shipment of the pixelated sweatshirt), it's just not worth it to me.
