I collect silver rounds, and usually carry one around in my pocket as a conversation piece, fidget toy, or "good luck" piece. Does anyone have a picture of one of these in hand? I compared the 1.5" measurement to a typical silver round, and it is in the size range. My question is about the edges. Does the "rounded edge" mean there is no raised rim ? If sitting flat on the table, is the design going to be contacting the surface?
Unless I'm missing something, it appears the weights are mixing standards. The smaller coin at 7 gr states 0.25 Oz. would be a regular ounce. But the larger at 31 gr would be just a hair under 1 Troy Oz. When talking precious metals (at VERY precious prices), the standard is always Troy Oz (and/or grams). So the smaller coin is actually 0.22 Tr. Oz. approximately. Unless the gram weights are wrong, then we have bigger issues.
It's probably already been said before, but when purchasing from Massdrop and shipping outside of the USA keep in mind that you will likely incur a customs charge at point of delivery - this is something I haven't seen Massdrop warn about, or if they do, not clearly enough.
Paying 33% import duty on this has made it not worth buying in the first place!
