I tend to wear mediums, I am of thin build but fairly tall (6'2" ~155lbs), generally, I need sleeves to be a lot longer than they are. I measured myself while looking at the sizing chart but the numbers didn't really make sense per what they were saying.
Anyone think such a shirt would fit me?

EspatrossA bit late, but since there's a drop active now: I'm also tall (192 cm) but wear the L/XL size, so this might not mean much, but the sleeves of that long-sleeved shirt is plenty long for me - I can easily fit my thumbs through the thumb holes in the sleeves, so when wearing the shirt in a "normal fashion" without using the thumb holes the sleeves are too long for me (not really as the extra length does not bother me at all).
