I normally don't make negative comments about products, I assume I am not the target audience... But with this drop MassDrop secured Shure IEM's - But this is no "Deal". Also I would have preferred to see a higher end Shure, I own the 215 SE Blue's now. I'd be much more interested in seeing some SE425's or especially SE535, or SE846 if the price is right.

TheBinary I understand, but you do realize the world doesn't revolve around the United States. Like you said, you're not the targeted audience. This price could be a deal for people outside of the states, since the prices over there are double the original price or more. Massdrop is a community after all, not an American association.

KITTYI've seen you use the same argument multiple times, that the prices are doubled outside of the US. And I really have to wonder where you must live to have these SE315 or the SE215 at twice of their price. I'm far from US, living in central EU and the SE215 go for 110$. That's 10$ more expensive than what you'd get them for on an US Amazon. I've also checked many other retailers around EU and even outside of EU and the price is always around 110$.
Don't take this as bashing, I'm just really curious in which countries do Shures cost twice as much as in US. Cheers.

CamperIVI don't like the term "argument" cause it always seems like I'm trying to pick up a fight instead of informing someone. And to be honest with you, this is my second time mentioning about buyers from outside of the states. Well, since you asked me a straight question, I can give you an answer. I've been to Japan and Korea and visited places where they sell audiophile equipment at the street malls, tourist areas, malls, libraries, etc... SE215 was around $130-$140. I did find $110, but it was a small audio store.... that store only had 1 SE215 available. Those two countries taxes are pretty high in general and import goods are expensive.

KITTYI know it's an international community - that is a good thing. I was just giving my opinion - as stated in the original post, I didn't want to argue/offend anyone; or leave anyone out for that matter.
