$79... That's like 20% off. It should be $39.99 deducted for 60% off seeing as these are $99 brand new anyways. Error on Massdrop's part? Many retailers list and sell these for $99, so this is kinda like false advertising in a way.

Zombie_XWelcome to the internet.
But really, it's the percentage off of the MSRP which is clearly stated to be $199.99. Many websites (and B&M stores for that matter) inflate the MSRP to make people think they are getting a steal, even though it may be the "normal" price.

NafonThe MSRP of $200 is pretty close to what they cost retail in AUS. Lowest i could find from my go-to sources was $185 so them being at this higher MSRP might be a global thing.

Grafficsyes the MSRP is $200, but many places sell these for $99 brand new. Amazon has never went over that.

Zombie_XI was suggesting for international countries that the MSRP is fairly close to what it's current retail value is. In AUS it retails for the lowest price of $185.

Zombie_XAmazon usually won't ship an item like this to Aus, meaning we would have to use mail forwarding, which is $$$. So while it might not be a great deal for people in the US, it can be great for people that live in countries with high inflation.

SarahmixesI order things from Amazon all the time, currently using a mouse, keyboard and microphone all shipped from the US. Never used mail forwarding.

CampbellNo one cares about your cherry picked situation. Everything I've ever tried to buy from Amazon hasn't shipped to Australia.

CampbellWell that's great for you but still doesn't solve the 99%'s problem. Maybe we are all doing this internet thing wrong. Maybe I should get one of those keyboard mousey things you're talking about. Would that solve my issue?? They seem to sell a lot of those contraptions on this site, right?

CampbellLike I said, absolutely everything I've ever tried to buy from Amazon has not allowed shipping to Australia. You are in a very rare minority.
