I don't get you guys or your site. You have 1,128 requests for this and you don't close it, you don't respond or acknowledge it, and you can't or are unwilling to deliver on the request, yet you just let it fill up with no response. Doesn't seem like you really have a lot of respect for your own "rules" or customers. @nicpope -- Thoughts? Insights?

UltraAudioThis is not up to Massdrop, its up to whether Shure has the desire to do this. You really believe that Massdrop wouldn't want to sell you something? Shure or a distribution vendor would need to offer these again.

JediHey @Jedi, I do understand that, obviously, but that's not really the point I am making. In my comment I mentioned that they maybe "can't deliver" the request, one of the reasons being the manufacturer won't give them a deal. However, my point is MassDrop is a 'crowd sourced deal request platform' and they say, "Request it! After 200 requests, we’ll contact the vendor to launch the drop." So if they have contacted the manufacturer and the manufacturer has said "no", the courteous thing to do, given what this site is, would be to provide some feedback on the status. There are 1,137 users requested that product. Reading between the lines you can assume Shure maybe won't deal, but we don't know that and instead it looks like Massdrop is just ignoring 1,137 users, for example. If your own site sets expectations for what actions are taken at what milestones (e.g. 200 requests they contact manufacturer), it's probably better customer engagement to acknowledge the status at some point, that's all.

UltraAudioAll valid points. I don't believe that Shure or Massdrop ever said they "won't deal" but such is the way with products and sourcing. Good luck!
