Shuron is a bit of a sleeper brand in the high end eyewear world, but they make exceptional stuff and have had a huge impact on the world of glasses. The Ronsir (called the Escapades when in sunglass form) is THE original browline frame, made famous by the likes of Malcom X, Lyndon B Johnson, and even Colonel Sanders. Not only that, but Shuron is one of the few independent eyewear brands out there that has resisted takeover from the Luxottica monopoly.
