Redstone02I am a side sleeper. With the synthetic pillow inserted, it is the perfect height to keep my cervical vertebre level with the rest of my spine. Also with the design, you can overstuff with clothes or a larger pillow. Very comfortable.

Redstone02I got one in a subscription box. It's about half the height of my beloved Thermarest pillow with the insert and packs about the same size. For me it was not at all comfortable in a side or stomach position. Stuffing with clothes makes my jaw painful (and is the reason I bought a pillow in the first place), so I'm sticking with the Thermarest that's as comfortable as my pillows at home.
