don't waste your money on this like I did. The video quality of this version 2.0 is horrendous. Also, the video is for their newest "HD" version. Even videos of their older model appear picture perfect. But in reality, it is not the case. I thought I received a faulty one, so they sent me another one. However, same thing with the replacement. I had such a difficult time with them with dozens of email exchanges, sample video snapshots, etc. shipping costs with Tracking at their request. After what I've been through, I do not recommend this product to anyone. Perhaps their "HD" model is much better but this Drop is for their older model, version 2.0. DO NOT JOIN.
MSRP of this product is $150, and it's $113 on amazon. Not a great drop.
I jumped on this for the first drop. I'd skip it.

After arriving and installation, the thing would sync to my wifi network and would send notifications to my phone and tablet when people would walk up to the door and press the doorbell... however, the video would never work. Ever. No matter what I tried, with help from the Skybell support, it would not work.

I ended up ordering an HD which works as advertised and tossed this one in the garbage.
Skybell has too many issues, R+'s are better but far from perfect. I will wait till smart door bells work better than self driving cars
I'm also confused. I can buy this right now on Amazon with Prime for $99.
Can someone confirm if this is weather-proof? I'm planning to install this in my country house so heavy weather exposure is expected. (no extreme temperatures thoo). Gracias is this suitable for me?

I thought this place was supposed to have deals. Sears has this for $99, and shipping is quick.

bleh amazon has it for 123 on prime.
I've had mine for 2 months now, when it's working it's OK, needs many reboots. Sometimes the delay between someone pushing the door bell and you getting the push messages are several minutes apart. There haven't been any software updates for the bell or the phone app since 2014. IMO, don't waste your money on this!
All domestic orders have been shipped. People whose order has shipped should have received an email with tracking.

For international members, we've just learned that a minor clearance delay has prevented the shipment from arriving as early as originally anticipated. Rest assured, we've prioritized this shipment with our receiving team and will work to have individual packages turned around as quickly as possible once delivered.

Quick update for the group, we spoke to the vendor earlier today and have news for both our international and domestic group members.

International orders are on the way to our warehouse right now and should be in our warehouse late next week This shipment will be prioritized so as soon as it arrives individual orders will be packed up and shipped out to you.

Domestic orders have already been shipped by the vendor directly to you. Group members belonging to this group should have already received tracking information.

The vendor is working on preparing the order for shipment. The first few domestic orders have already shipped. People whose order shipped should have received an email with tracking.
