So are these true to size, particularly the Jefferson? I have a 42" chest, 195lbs and generally wear large shirts. Am I safe going with my normal size?

OCoelhoPretoI would say the Venice and Jefferson run true to size, the Melrose is slimmer fitting so I would size up.
With a 42" chest I would say you are right on the line between Large or XL, what shirts do you typically wear in a Large?

SlashandBurnCoI'm not American so I'm not sure what a good basis of comparison would be. :) I tend to wear L-sized shirts from Patagonia and other American outdoor-wear companies though, but I'm not sure if that extends to casual wear. I also usually wear L sized shirts from big European retailers like H & M etc.

OCoelhoPretoNot a problem, I would say a Large in the Venice or Jefferson would be a safe bet in your case. In the Melrose I would lean towards and XL
