Has anyone used any of the listed belts for outside the waist band carry with a spare mag pouch? Does it offer enough support or is it too flimsy or does the belt twist? Thanks!
CaptBurritoI can only offer you my subjective perspective, YMMV. I've tried it with IWB and OWB but found I much prefer a wider belt for both carry styles. I wouldn't say it *won't* work for either, but that's just my personal preference. You'd obviously also want to make sure whatever hardware you're using can adjust to this belt's width as I believe most are built for 1.5" to 1.75" belts.

CaptBurritoYou might want to look at the SlideBelts Survival Belt for that. It's 1.5" wide and "designed to remain rigid without twisting". It has a bunch of gimmicky stuff built into the latch and costs $150, though. https://www.slidebelts.com/products/survival-belt
These guys make a ratcheting belt specifically designed for use with holsters, for $119. http://www.ratchetgunbelt.com/
Good luck.

senselessI actually bought a Survival Belt and a 1" Full Grain leather belt from Slidebelts a few days after making this post and am quite satisfied with both of them. I removed the little knife blade and flashlight/firestarter, so that there'd be no issue wearing the Survival Belt in restricted areas like on planes.
Slidebelts has recently begun offering 1.5" leather belts, and I have it from their service department that the metal buckles for these leather belts are compatible with the Survival Strap. You can buy each separately for a total of $93. https://www.slidebelts.com/products/survival-straps https://www.slidebelts.com/products/wide-single-buckles
I haven't carried a firearm with the Survival Belt, but it definitely is quite sturdy. The only concern I have is the actual thickness of the belt, front to back. It's pretty thin, compared to leather gun belts that I've owned, and I'm not sure if the type of clip you often find on IWB holsters, which mainly clip on to the bottom edge of the belt, would fit the belt securely.
As an aside, I just found out that Comp-Tac makes a 1.5" ratcheting nylon belt, if you're into that kind of thing. http://www.comp-tac.com/gun-belts/nexbelt-titan-tactical-ratchet-belt-10612
