We’ve submitted our order for Smacha Tea Yi Xing Clay Autobrewer shortly after the drop ended.
Now that the order has been placed, Smacha Tea is preparing it for shipment. In the meantime, we will also be getting our warehouse ready to handle the reshipment of the product to everyone as soon as it arrives.

nelsonHow many emails to support does one have to send to get a reply? The item has shown shipped in the order status for over a month now but I have no tracking and no product has been delivered.
