I also got some of the wifi bulbs with the last drop. For iOS: worst part about these is by far the app that you have to use for it. Functionally, it works pretty well and has some nice features. In terms of the design, it looks like a developer slapped some sh!t together and called it a day.
Music mode only works with iTunes, LAME
Disco mode uses your iPhones microphone to change the color of the light based on the audio coming in. Basically looks like it's having a seizure or is trying to give you one.
I wished there was a dedicated tab for brightness, but it still works, just a little finicky in the order that you do it.
Overall, I'm happy with it and for the cost, it's much cheaper than competitors.

Got some of the wifi bulbs with the last drop, seems like they have issues with 5ghz networks — my ssid shows up to connect to, but then the bulb never actually connects. 2.4ghz works fine, but I don't want to have to maintain two networks just for the bulbs :(
The "music" mode is also fairly gimmicky, it seems to listen to your phone's microphone(?) which results in a pretty lackluster reaction to audio.
That said, the warm light mode is pretty close to what my existing fluorescent bulbs produce, and the timers are easy to set up. I'm curious if there's better documentation on Remote access and potential API integrations though.

Any way to hook these up to Amazon Echo? Is there an API available?

Can you set the schedule to gradually dim or brighten the light, to use as a 'sunrise' alarm clock? Can the delay between off and full brightness be controlled?

DOS_BossI believe I have the same bluetooth lightbulb, but bought on amazon, so I have some experience with owning one. If it uses the "Magiclight BT" app then you can set timers on the bulb to do sunrise, sunset, or just on off. It lets you set a time to start dimming/brightening, and for how long and from what brightness to start and end at, though there is no option for which color to use, so you have to be okay with the standard white. In the past I notice when it comes on, and it does gradually get brighter, when dimming it's not as noticeable until the last few minutes, so maybe not as good as a phillips hue, but I don't have one of those. Also to note if you turn the bulb physically off like with a switch (not through the app) the timers won't work after you turn it back on until you connect to it with the app. Another thing I noticed is that some other bluetooth lightbulb apps also worked with my bulb, but YMMV.
I realized after typing this out your comment is 4 weeks old, but hey maybe someone else can benefit from it.
