I'm going to chime in and agree that Massdrop really needs to update those who joined the drop if there are going to be delays of any sort. No reply by any representatives to the first request for an update a full week ago is an unacceptable level of service.
OE800I sent a customer service request for a mod or logistics person to get on this thread yesterday. I just got a shipping notification this morning. 7/15 estimated delivery.
OE800Oh yeah, Hawaii. Delivery usually takes 2+ weeks because they ship it by the cheapest method possible, which is whenever a shipping container gets filled up and is put on a boat.
