So this is essentially a counterfeit of a Penchenko coin... disappointed to see Massdrop support trash like this. It's not even made of good materials. I'd like to see drops on more quality blades.

Frankly, I am disappointed. The blade does not open smoothly - the cheapest knives I've ever owned never felt like metal was grinding as they were opened.. The finish scrapes off a little more each time it is opened. The Allen bolt that the blade pivots on continues to work its way loose and requires tightening. Nice concept - failed execution.

Blade does not have any locking mechanism and has difficulty opening. Just received unit and surprised by design, already showing tool marks (very minimal but present) before received which does not bode well to continued use of the bottle opener.
Had bought to replace aging bottle opener chain so this is an alternative but probably will not be using the blade often

really bad built quality.. after maybe 5 minutes out of the package the bolt holding the blade in place has come loose and it is now impossible to put back together.

I wish the blade opened the other way; as it stands, you'd be holding on to the loop to use it, rather than the more sturdy upper part.

I can't find squat about the brand on google, so I assume it's Chinese. That explains why they totally missed the Simpsons reference when they named themselves.
