Hi! I'm looking exactly for this, but instead of the amp out I need a pre-amp out since I have active studio monitors. I'm looking for the remote, bluetooth in, toslink in, analog in, and pre-amp out. Does anybody know anything like this in the same price range?

CarochaDACs for active studio monitors - with all of those features - do not exist in this price range. The best models approach $1000.

mattrisTry an Audioengine B1 . Sound quality is fairly decent. It has no amp, just rca outs. Price is a bit high at around $200, but way less than $1000,

new_blade_fanThe Audioengine B1 ($189) is one of the biggest rip-offs in all of audio. Its only input is Bluetooth, which is converted to its optical- and RCA-outs. At least the Audioengine D1 ($169) has USB- and Optical-ins and RCA-outs... but no Bluetooth. Moving on...
The Cambridge Audio DacMagic Plus ($350) looks promising: XLR-outs, a headphone amplifier, and loads of digital inputs. Unfortunately though, it doesn't have a remote, and its Bluetooth wireless receiver is not included.
The iFi Nano iOne DAC ($199) looks good. Inputs: USB, optical, coaxial digital, and Bluetooth. Outputs: RCA, coaxial digital. It doesn't have a pre-out (variable level control), but you could add a passive pre-amp, like the Nobsound Mini (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01MXC9HHW) or Mackie BIG KNOB (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01NCUZ32O) for easy - albeit wired - volume control of your powered monitors.

mattrisThese preamps with a dac should do the job, but they lack the remote. The remote for me it's a must have. It has been really difficult to find the setup that fits my needs and budget. I find it very strange why does not exist something like the SMSL AD18 or Q5 pro but with preamp out instead power amp.

CarochaJust curious... What functions do you want to control remotely?

CarochaTake a look at the Teac NT-503. It's not inexpensive, but it meets all of your feature requirements, except for analog line in... but includes others such as USB and network playback. Its remote is a smartphone/tablet app via wireless LAN.

mattrisAnd what about the Yamaha WXC-50,? It is cheaper and and also has analog input.

CarochaThat Yamaha unit looks good on paper, but the customer reviews confirm it has numerous issues and limitations. Without XLR-outs, you'll be limited to RCA jacks - not suitable for runs over 10 ft. And some reviewers noted that its DAC leaves something to be desired.
May I ask... What powered monitors do you own? Do you own a subwoofer? Would you be willing to use/purchase passive speakers? Will this set-up be for indoor use in a small/medium-size room?

mattrisJust bought a pair of Yamaha HS7 and currently I'm using the Fiio D3 dac on my living room (25 m2) and I do not own a subwoofer. Since I just bought the monitors I am not thinking to buy any other speakers.

CarochaOk, I think I've found a winner: the Emotiva PT-100 Stereo Pre-Amplifier ($299). https://emotiva.com/product/pt-100/
It meets all of your requirements. Unfortunately, its Bluetooth receiver module is sold separately. (Since it's not available for sale on their site, Emotiva might be willing include it for no charge. It's worth asking!)
For future expansion, Emotiva has the MC-700 Home Theater Processor ($599). https://emotiva.com/product/mc-700/
Compared to the PT-100, the MC-700 (most notably) adds HDMI ins/outs, 7.1 multi-channel RCA outs, support for all popular surround-sound formats, a 32-bit DSP, upgraded analog audio circuitry, and automatic room correction / speaker calibration. (But again, its Bluetooth receiver module is sold separately.)

mattrisThe Emotiva PT-100 looks really good for 300$. The problem it's that I'm in Europe and the cheapest that I can find here it is at 450€ . It's almost double the price! I don't know... Maybe I should save a little more because around 200€ it is being difficult to find a decent dac with preamp. @mattris thank you for your time, you have been very helpful.

CarochaDoes Emotiva not ship to Europe... or more specifically, the country in which you live? I hope you're able to find a unit that suits your needs. I know that those Yamaha monitors will really shine with a clean signal. My final advice: Get the future-ready Emotiva MC-700 and don't look back!
If you would please take a moment to leave some 'thumbs-ups' on my messages in this thread, I'd most certainly appreciate it. All the best.

mattrisYes they do ship to Portugal. However they charge 133.10 € for the shipping plus 126.53 € for duties and taxes. It's insane!!

CarochaAgreed. I would have predicted the sizable shipping cost, but for the taxes to be almost as much... robbery!
