Got it today, I'm pretty pleased with it, however I'm upgrading from onboard using takstar HI 2050. Works fine with usb plugged into IN 1. Question is, do I need to plug in anything to DC IN while using it on USB power from my PC? Essentially having 2 USB plugs, one for power from pc and one for sound from PC? Or will this fry it?

Khrimzunn@Khrimzunn - no need to plug in the DC in unless you want to use the other inputs. Anyway, it' shouldn't fry your DAC :)

Khrimzunnanother reason to use the IN1 as power is get cleaner power from external source compared to dirtier( EMI noise if at all) from the desktop USB power.
