I wish I had waited a week or so before buying mine! For all those interested, it's quite an excellent little amp. Simple control, plenty of power for nearfield desktop audio. I haven't used the DAC on it, as I have a Schiit Bifrost and Asgard 2 which are what I'm feeding the Q5 from. But music is noticeably clearer and than my previous amplifier (a SMSL SA-50.) It's as some would say "fast," where beats don't linger or have unnecessary drag in them. It doesn't come off as harsh, or heavy in any tonality either. But should you desire, it has seven (one being neutral) preset equalizer settings, as well as simple bass and treble boosting or recession for equalizing the music. The volume control rheostat is "clicky," which pleases me a lot as I like clicky controls. The power button has no LED around it, and the screen is your power indicator. The power button also always stays flush with the front fascia of the unit. The remote is solid, and very small, but works well. My only complaints with the remote are that there is an "A, B, C" toggler on the remote. If you press on either B, or C, it will no longer control the unit until you press "A." I'm guessing this device can be programmed to work on a few ranges and the letters change those ranges. Hope this helps everyone. I got mine on Amazon for $130, ~$145 with shipping fees. I'd recommend this drop, especially if it goes to it's lower price. I'm using them with Klipsch Icon KB-15's, if anyone's curious. I plan on upgrading the speakers soon, though, so we'll see how well this amp does with something a bit more high end.
