It's a cool little amp that is powering my Monitor Audio M2 bookshelf speakers for my computer. Compared to my giant Onkyo 5.1 receiver that was on the shelf right above my head, I must say that this little sucker can pack a punch. Great unit for saving space. Though as for sound quality, not as great as your regular Hi-Fi stereo receivers but it does the job and I'm happy with them. Plus, you can't go wrong with the price and size. Such a big difference in footprint compared to my Onkyo receiver. It also has a remote and tone controls as well as the wide variety of inputs. I'm using the build in DAC and it's not bad. But I'll soon be switching to the SMSL Sanskrit 6th gen along with the SMSL SapII Pro headphone amp. It should look like a cool little stack to go along with this unit. As for the build quality, it's really good. I was suprised when I took it out of the box because the box it came in looked so cheap. The unit is solid like a tank, you can probably chuck it at someone's head and will probably crack it, it's that impressive. My only complaint is that the unit gets pretty warm after 10-15 minutes. I'm scared that the internals won't last long due to long exposure of heat. But then again, all amps heat up after usage.
