The double walled mug with the plastic lid is perfect. It keep my coffee nice and warm on a chilly morning. Best backpacking mug ever.
Surprised they don't offer a lid option. I have the 450 double wall with a no-spill/sipping lid (small hole to drink from). Functionality for backpacking is somewhat compromised without a lid.

I've been using my Jetboil cup to drink coffee from when backpacking because it's simple, but the second half or so of my coffee is always cold. No bueno. I either need to reheat it, wasting more fuel, or just deal with it. I have a Hydro Flask brand double wall cup that sat in my cupboard for damn near 2 years...just never thought to use it. I started using at home one day on a whim and I won't even use a regular coffee mug at home anymore. I think I'm going to take the weight penalty and add it to my backpacking kit as well. It keeps coffee at a perfect sipping temp for 30-60 minutes. I assume the cups on this drop are similar. (Also will be nice to have a whiskey sipping cup instead of drinking from a flask...FANCY)

Is the jump from single wall to double wall that necessary? Im not sure if its worth to spend the +15

I got the double wall mug with the plastic lid. Simply my favorite mug so far. But my search for 'bomb proof' mug is not over yet because this mug does get scratched, and there is also hair-sized-scratch on the inside because I often use stainless steel/metal spoon to stir my drink. So, what kind of titanium is this? Wrong finish? Alloy? I am not sure, my other titanium drink/cookware does not have this kind of character.

I have the 600 single and double wall mugs, added together they are probably the best cooker I've ever owned. They don't nest, but they do slot together giving a perfect amount of space to store a small stove, fuel and brew kit. Really excellent, tempted to get another double wall just because I like it so much to take one to work.

The double walled mug is probably my favorite bit of camping/backpacking gear. If you get the plastic travel mug lid for the 450, it’s even better.

I've nabbed the Soto 400ml double wall in a previous drop. It doesn't have a handle and doesn't need one. I would have liked to have seen the sans handles for the Snow Peak as well.
