What is the actual diameter? The description says, "Diameter, open: 33 in (100 cm)," but 33 inches is actually around 84 cm.

ajabluI measured mine (UG-135)--from the tip of the rib to the opposite rib tip (on the underside, shortest distance), it measures 37.5" (95 cm); between ribs, the cloth spans 34.5" (88 cm) [this is how much ground it could cover if the rain were falling straight down].
If I measure the canopy on the outside arc (I don't know why you'd ever want to do this, but for some reason this is a common measurement), it measures 42" (107cm) along the ribs, and 38.5" (98cm) between ribs.
Perimeter is 116" (292cm). Weight is about 5 oz (without the storage sack, but with the strap.) Length with pole extended is 21.5" (55cm), stored is a shade under 9" (23cm).

qubitstxit seems like a lot of companies use arc length instead of actual diameter to make the umbrella sound larger than it is.
