my board split while i was drying it as well. first wooden cutting board. shouldn't have gone so cheap with it i guess

i made one of these about 20 years ago. i still use it every day. it'll probably last 200 years. unfortunately i cant speak for the maker of this product, but i hand picked my pieces. and it looks great.

I will have to re-sand, reseal and refinish this cutting board myself. I bought it as a gift, I will invest the time and effort to get it right before gifting. Not the woods fault, the fault lies in the hands of the woodworker. I would be ashamed of this if I built it. :(

Save your money, mass produced end grain cutting boards are rarely any good. This thing will warp and delaminate quickly.
