new_blade_fan 5Cr15MoV is perfectly fine for a knife blade on a multitool that you're rarely going to use. And, no, I doubt butter knives have been steel than that. Most commercial kitchen/chef knives (high end VG-10/ect. steel chef knives are a tiny fraction of the market) aren't even that good.
anonomousThis one is a dud. The Q3 that they sent me in replacement has held it's own. I kind of liken it to my Leatherman Skeletool. It's there in a pinch, but it is not going to be my "go to" tool in times of need
