Got mine earlier this week, and couldn't be happier with them. They are not studio monitors, or perfectly clear, but they have great enhanced bass and treble, making everything seem bright. The volume is more than sufficient, letting you listen to music at levels that would get neighbors calling the police if you tried them on speakers, and the microphone sounds clear as well. They sound very much like the sound system at an XD or IMAX theater.
Another thing worth noting is that the battery life is outstanding. With a full charge, they last well over 10 hours - not with continuous noise reproduction, but wearing them all day, I have yet to run out of battery in the middle of the day.
