SOLE Sport Footbeds

SOLE Sport footbeds provide just the right amount of stability, cushion, and support for any activity. Designed to work in unison with the biodynamics of your foot, this insole keeps your foot in a balanced, neutral position and evenly distributes pressure to help relieve fatigue. It features a heat-and-wear-moldable base layer that adapts to your foot without compromising its orthopedic shape. Finally, the Polygiene odor-control technology and moisture-wicking top sheet help eliminate odor-causing bacteria and keep things dry. 

First, remove your current shoe insoles and place the manufacturer’s insole on top of the SOLE Active footbeds, making sure the backs of the heels are in line. If both insoles are the same length, you may not need to do any trimming. Otherwise, use a pen or marker to trace the outline of your old insole onto the top of the new insole. Cut along the outsole of the traced line. If necessary, use a pair of heavy-duty scissors to cut through the foam layer. Don’t worry if it’s too long, as you can always trim more later and shouldn’t cut away too much at a time. Trim, try on, then trim again. Test to make sure they fit comfortably. If the insoles are bunching up toward the front, you may need to trim a bit more.
