HardwareLustRtings say it isn't perfect if you're very competitive, but it should be fine for a casual gamer. They recommend this line for good quality at a decent price (if you can call $1.350 a decent price for a TV). But there are certainly faster models, if all you care about is input lag on a big screen. This model has around 30ms input lag (according to reviews), a decent monitor can get you 5-10ms, sometimes even less. Most people won't be able to tell the difference, though.
Shinigami84Actually the response time on this TV 100% of the time is 10.7ms and 80% of the time it is 4.7ms.

Also, in your response you mention that this TV has a 30ms response time and the a "decent monitor" can get you 5-10ms. Just curious why you would be comparing a TV to a Monitor? Different product, different use case, different size.
Tex-ArozziYou're right but I'm talking about input lag, not response time. Inpul lag - time it takes for the screen to show changes brought by user action. Response time - time it takes for a pixel to change color. Not the same thing.
Tex-ArozziPersonally I've only seen 49 and 55 inch versions and absolutely love it. If I could, I'd get one, but I live outside of USA and even if it was possible, shipping + tax would double the price (still cheaper than buying locally, haha).
