garza_girlThis camera will completely outclass your rebel in terms of AF speed, image quality, video, almost everything. Too bad Sony hasn't been releasing any new lenses lately (for A mount).
This drop should've some kind of kit lens option, like the 16-50mm f2.8. Most Massdropers are canon users from what I've seen and getting them to buy a sony camera without a lens is moot.

NyenSony is currently devoted into E mount camera. A mount might have to wait a while.

NyenOnly issue with adding the 16-50mm f2.8 is it would push the price up by at least $500. I don't think any of the other DSLR drops included such a high quality lens as an add-on.
