All I can say is, if you're deciding whether to buy something from Massdrop, and you read this comment: don't. Whatever minor price difference is not worth the delays and terrible customer support. Take your hard-earned money to a merchant that actually respects you.
It's not respect to say if you don't like a delay you can cancel your order. It's not respect to have multiple unclear messages.
