I asked to cancel. They said they did (and it is on my transactions CANCELLED), now the package is arriving April 21st by the end of the day. And I'll be leaving US April 21st in the morning. I lost USD 250 and I probably won't ever retrieve this package. Massdrop has the worst support ever.

superdiperThat's bad timing! If Massdrop is unwilling to reverse the charges, call your bank and tell them you would like to dispute the transaction. Explain the whole situation. They might be able to help you get your money back.
