Exciting News!
Orders are being packed up and tracking numbers are being emailed out as I am writing this. It looks like not all the orders have had movement yet but I wanted to let you know that progress is being made.
We still have work to do as this is not all the orders and are actively pressuring the vendor to get the rest of the orders out asap.
4/22 is still the timeline > or until all the orders have shipped out.
JaysunGood to hear that, but is there any one same as me. The status is showing “Order placed with the vendor”, which I strongly believe mine have not being shipped yet.

JaysunThe orders are in the process of being shipped out and if you have not received an email with tracking or your order status has not changed that means they are still being processed.
We are moving to get these orders out asap.

JaysunSo essentially, if we didn't get an email or change of status, we're still waiting as before? You could have specified that in the original message.
This is really bad communications.

JaysunSo let me understand this completely: our orders were delayed without any notification and are now being shipped via FedEx's slowest method? Oh, and if we haven't received an email we're still waiting for these to be shipped via the slowest option...
Three drops and two burns so I'm seriously out after (if) I ever receive my headphones.

JaysunWhile this news if far less exciting for me than you make it out to be - in fact, it's down right disappointing - I'm still confused. Please, please, please, think out the responses before posting.
4/22 is still the timeline or until all the orders have shipped out.
Is the deadline for shipping out 4/22? Or could that be later in "until all the orders have shipped out"?

Jaysunthank you for the updates with revision. look like this shipping "event" is just for another batch. I think you'd better to use concrete information with number next time in order to make the customers understand the situation more

ImkimhyStill no update for me. Showing as " Order placed with the vendor".
In the meantime the same headphones were on eBay for less several weeks back. This purchase was a mistake.

Does that mean we all hope longingly at our email we get some confirmation? Suppose by some great feat that happens, the shipping takes 7 or more days?

Shipped means you'd get an e-mail confirmation with tracking, and the headphones would be on the way. If you haven't received an e-mail, you should receive a separate one from support shortly.
