I cannot believe that Massdrop still hasn't shipped out orders or given customers any updates...
Your customer service will be the death of you, Massdrop. This is not the way business is done. What a shame.

FadkarHey @Fadkar - a majority of the orders have shipped out, but a portion haven't - if you haven't received a shipment email, you probably are in that bucket, unfortunately. You'll receive an email shortly with additional information, an option for a full refund, and credit.
