Is it just me, or did everyone's stoves get held at the USPS office instead of being delivered to the address listed in the massdrop shipping detail? Shows "at customer's request", I have to assume that the customer was the shipper, because there is no way I would request a delivery be held 30 minutes away.

I'll agree with both the comments here. I've had this stove sold as the Brunton Raptor for maybe close to a decade. It ain't lightweight, but it has never failed to work. Even the piezo ignition has worked every use since I bought it. The only problem with it is that the flame is quite narrow, so it can scorch food easily if you don't stir frequently. I take it when weight isn't an issue, but if you want reliable this is it.

Another not much of UL product, compared to other upright stoves such as the Kovea supalite for example ( 2.1 oz/60 g, almost third of the SOTO) which also drops from time to time: https://www.massdrop.com/buy/kovea-supalite-titanium-stove
It does seem to have bit wider pot support than the Kovea and is also a bit cheaper, though (not sure what was the Kovea's lowest drop point but msrp is 60$ compared to the SOTO's 40$)

I've been using 4 or 5 these stoves for at least 10 years with my Scout troop for backpacking. For a while, up until 5 years ago or so, Brunton sold them under their brand as 'Raptor'.
They're tiny and weigh next to nothing. Mine is always in my cook-kit , ready to go. No problem fitting it inside the nested pots with the usual cook-kit pot lifter 'n' stuff. Simmering performance is very good . The ignitor is very handy, but the it is the one weak link. If you drop it in a creek, the ignitor quits. You can still light it with a match, though.
If you need a tiny, bombproof low-cost stove, you can't go wrong.
