Whether you experience tinnitus or just want to dampen external disturbances, the Sound+Sleep SE hi-fi sound machine emits a constant soothing sound to help you stay focused or fall asleep. Featuring 64 distinct sounds, the machine has multiple fan sound variations and white noise pitches, including brown and pink noise. Unlike other sound machines, which use digitally enhanced recordings, the SE uses real-world audio for a more natural listening experience. Adaptive Sound technology allows the machine to listen to the surrounding environment and automatically raise the volume to mask unwanted noises. The upward-facing speaker projects sound off the ceiling to create an encompassing effect. There are volume buttons to control the sound output, as well as a timer function that allows you to set the machine to turn off after 30, 60, 90, or 120 minutes.
