Hey everyone,
Sorry for the confusion. Our vendor dictated that this drop be US-only, and though international transactions were getting through, that was a mistake on our part, and we'll have to cancel those orders. We apologize for the inconvenience.

RyneWeissThis is a big FAIL for customer service. Someone at Massdrop F*****UP, but has to be informed by customers of the error. The response is just to say sorry and cancel orders. This pisses off ~20 plus international customers. Those who don't follow the discussions won't even know that their order was cancelled. Got management issues?

royalflushIt is an unfortunate outcome, and a result of us internally moving to a new system that has some quirks. Everyone whose order was canceled will be informed by email, as always, even if they don't follow the comment thread.
We would love to make the drop international if we could, but like all things on Massdrop, the terms are of the drop are in control of the manufacturer and the vendor, not Massdrop, which is a concession that we have to make to offer the prices we do and keep good relationships with our manufacturers and our customers alike.

royalflushI was clearly informed by email that my international order has been canceled. The drop doesn't end for another 7 days. No one was charged any money.
It's a shame there was a mistake but I think it was handled in the best way possible.
