Sennheiser PC37X randomly goes bad after disconnecting the cable ?
Greetings, Yesterday I was using my headset like normal with my macbook, just listening to music and on a call with people like usual, and the headset was perfectly fine. Comon guys, Massdrop has NO say in whether they can ship this internationally or not. Just be glad they caught the problem so early in the drop. If you need to go whine to someone about it, whine to SoundMAGIC directly.
Massdrop is always coming out with new drops. I'm sure there will be another in less than a month that's very similar to this one with a similar price. The Q701 for $150 wasn't that long ago, after all.
Soundmagic have their distributor agreements around the world to honor and must of course do so.
I'm an importer/distributor myself and I'm very well aware of in which markets I'm allowed to offer my products. It's basic knowledge and I cannot see how Soundmagic colud be the ones to blame here.
