mumrikIt's a lot easier to break into your house with a rock. Perhaps we should outlaw rocks... This could be tricky though, because they happen to be quite numerous, and some of them are difficult to move. I think we would have to set up quarantine camps around the larger offenders like Mt. Rushmore, some of those pointy nasty buggers in the Grand Teton range and... Oh hell we might as well fence off all of Yosemite National Park. Herding the smaller ones into these quarantine areas could be quite the chore though, so it would have to be a motivational propaganda campaign. Make it patriotic. Show some footage of some kids throwing rocks over the fence at Mt. Rushmore and turning to the camera for a big ol' thumbs up while dad is in the background leveraging a nice big lump of the evil stuff out of the back of the SUV with a crowbar and the help of a couple of the park rangers. Meanwhile, the voice of Uncle Sam calmly and quietly regales you with the serene message of how honest and dutiful it is to do your part as an American to make sure that neither this generation nor any forthcoming can possibly suffer any harm that could be caused by these weapons of mass terrorism.
Yeah... We could go places with this... Sounds like a great way to start a political career...

mumrikFYI criminals very rarely use lock picking nowadays, there are a lot of other much easier ways of breaking-in. Lockpicking requires training, patience and knowledge that most of simple criminals lacking. The criminal professionals will rather use a bumping key, manual or electric bump guns or other means as a much faster way of entry. These cheap lockpicking tools are mostly for hobbyists and people who lost their keys or locked themselves out of their homes.
