For those of you deciding on the stainless or rubber handles, here is a brief overview based on having both:
The rubber handles have to be manually slid onto each naked pick, one by one. It's a hassle, but easier if you use one of the heating techniques mentioned in the discussion.
Rubber handles are a little more comfortable, but both are fine in terms of gripability.
Stainless handle kit and case is much slimmer and feels a lot easier to slip into a bag or pocket.
However, the stainless handle kit comes with a thin snaptop case which some feel is flimsy and cheap.
Rubber handle kit comes with a zipper case. While this feels nicer than the thin snaptop case, it is a lot bulkier.
However, you can pack a small tube of powder graphite lubricant in the zipper case. You can't with the snaptop case.
Hope this helps.
