Is it just me, or is there too much pick and not enough pen? The set arrived with a number of picks (as well as three of the included four tension wrenches) in the bag, not packed in the pen. Try as I might, I can't figure out a good way to get everything to fit. If you don't mind it looking a little silly, you can have 2 wrenches attached (one on either side), but I'm more worried about fitting all the picks. I'm probably going to have to pick two or three I can live without, but I'd really like to get them all in there such that I don't have to use a pair of pliers to get them out. If the pen were ever so slightly larger, all the picks would fit perfectly. That being said, it's a beautiful set, and at a great price.

GhinnI think this video explains how to fit all the picks in.

wyagerThat video is pretty cool, and I agree that this isn't a set for novices or beginner pickers (I bought it as a backup/supplement to my zipcase full of spring steel picks that my dad gave me, which he got before SouthOrd was even a company), but it only shows how to get 14 picks back in (and even then, not without a fair amount of work). I've managed that much, but thanks to the wizards at Massdrop, we were gifted with two extra picks, and I can't for the life of me get all 16 to fit. 14 is still plenty (especially as a backup set), and I'll probably wind up going with the set that it comes with normally (they must've picked those 14 for a reason), but I was just wondering if anyone here had cracked the mystery of how to fit all 16 in. Extra internet points if you got all 4 tension wrenches stowed also ;). Come on, we've got the power of the largest network of human knowledge ever at our fingertips. We can figure this out.
EDIT: I managed to get 15 in, using the first comment on that video. Take 10 picks, line them up so that the big sides are all together, drop them in pick side up, then put the remaining 5 picks in pick side down. If it starts to feel tight, you may need to reconfigure. #15 goes in pretty smoothly (if a little snugly), and makes it so the picks don't jangle around inside the case, but you've gotta tap the pen against your hand to get them out (be careful you don't do it too hard and drop picks everywhere).
