Why is there so much lockpicking shit on this site

Oligarchyi assume it's for urban survivalist enthusiasts (people who like to envision post apocalypse being able to pick a lock so they can get into an important building) at least that's why i think this stuff is cool.... also some people have a tendency to be interested in learning these kinds of skills (low cost of entry [$20 for a lockpick set] and very visible results quickly)

JasrilHaving played around with all these as they come in, it's also just a fun desktop/commute hobby. 5 minutes to kill? Play with the lock pick. It has the same appeal as a Rubik's cube really. Except I don't suspect I'll be facing any kind of situation in life that solving a Rubik's cube might help.
But if there's ever an elaborate James Bond style bomb with 1 minute left on the timer. I'm ready.
