Quite sorry for the delay and late update,  the reason is that when assembling the reactor 1 at the last stage, we found all the bases had serious problems. After that In order to ship the items as soon as possible, we directly went to the factory by plane and assembled there, also we sent the first batch (pulse theme) to MD several days ago with fastest shipping method.

wangbwhz99Your update is almost a month late. You guys make great looking caps and it's very appreciated but, being a month late on updating your customers on what's actualy going on is a horrible way to conduct business and gain repeat customers.

wangbwhz99Thank you for finally updating us! I can understand problems and difficulties that come along with production. But it would be nice for you guys to have opened comms with us customers earlier. The radio silence has been dreadful, I feared I wouldnt be getting my cap at all. But after reading this I cheering you guys on to finish the production :) Delays will be fine so long as you deliver on the quality of keycaps!
