Sphere came with a delayed shipment date and its never even a brand new piece.
Received the ball with all scuff marks on the ball, seems like someone enjoy themselves with the ball without asking me for my permission.
Totally absurd and I demand either a full refund or a brand new replacement to my order.

moto_jacGot mine delivered few days ago. It also has tiny scratches all over the ball and i thought it's been used (not new) too.
I have no idea whether scratched were caused by QC; previously used; or its just a ball surface is super-sensitive so these scratched appeared during manufacturing. The sad part is that i bought it as a gift.
