esmogloHuh, 15 minutes a day? Something must be definitely wrong there.

esmogloIf they make 15 minutes a day, contact MD because they must be faulty.

esmogloI do not remember exactly but I would say it was within 24h on business days. Often replying in a few minutes during e-mail communication. Both cases resolved to my full satisfaction and that counts.

LibertyCool thanks for the info
esmogloIt's very likely that it's magnetised - a lot of people say that a magnetised watch will run HOURS fast per day, but I can tell you from experience that they can run anything from a few minutes to several hours. Have you had your watch or wrist near anything highly magnetic? Speakers, power supplies, amplifiers... laptop speakers?
You can pick up mains powered demagnetisers that work brilliantly for about $10 on Amazon. Go for the blue ones. Even if you're still going to send this watch back (which, judging by other comments might not be a great idea), it's worth having a demagnetiser in the house if you have mechanical watches. Pretty much everything we own nowadays has a big ol' magnetic field shooting out of it.
