I received mine a few days ago. Haven't been able to stop staring at it long enough to snap a few picks. I will be buying another one for sure. I absolutely love the glass.
This watch is prominent on wrist and is super light. Get one if you didn't this go round. Sorry for those with empty boxes.
IpaddictI have to add that the crown was not put on securely as it has already come off. Thankfully it hasn't fallen apart completely. I intend to just take it to a local watch shop to mend this as the watch was a killer price. Going through a return process to get the manufacturer to mend it would take too long.
SetNickWow! SetNick, so sorry to hear about Your issue. I would exchange it through manufacturer if this option is on the table. I am weird like that 😀.
Anyway, hope you get it fixed within a reasonoble amount of time.
IpaddictI will try that. This is the first time I have had any problems with something from Massdrop. I will reach out to manufacturer and see what happens.
IpaddictJust wanted to update on what happens. There is no manufacturers warranty with this product. Massdrop support reached out to answer my questions and shared I could turn it in for a refund. Problem is, I like the watch. Going to see what the cost is to fix the crown. If anyone can share a guesstimate it would be greatly appreciated.
SetNickI wanted to add that Massdrop rep Jodi took care of me royally. Due to the price we obtained the watch at, there is no warranty. i didn't want to send the watch back for a full refund. I really like the watch. She gave me some "credits😁" for the trouble. Simply awesome. Took it buy my local jewler and they tightened the crown And now I have fully functional watch. Couldn't be happier. I still wish I had ordered all three.
SetNickJust had mine do the exact same thing, damn screw down crown popped off and wouldn't mend when I screwed it back on. Didn't want to go through warranty because the new one would have the same issue, given the price of the watch. Cost me half of what the watch was worth to fix it.
Silicone_DuckyYes that was a bummer. But after seeing all that it took to fix the problem, I order a watch tool kit. Next time, I will just do it myself. All they did was take the back off. Push a tiny button and the stem came right out. the jeweler then took a little pair of pliers and just tightened the crown down. Put it back in and closed the back. The tool kit cost half the repair job we both spent.
