bookquotemonster2 handed vertical spin should yield 5+ minutes. I popped a brand new bearing into a body and timed it, it did 6.5 minutes. Of coarse this all has to do with how hard you flick it and how steady you hold the nanobo. Thanks for your interest, if you have any other questions please let me know!
Sincerely,
David

bookquotemonsterJust got mine. I'm new to spinning but I'm only getting about 90 seconds on a table spin and just over 2.5 minutes on a two-handed vertical spin. I'll wait a few days to see how this breaks in or if the bearing needs to be cleaned, but just wanted to share my initial experience.
ultraconsumerTwo Handed vertical spin can absolutely yield higher spins then that. You will get the hang of how to put the popper pressure to achieve those spins. Just remember, these were designed as fidget spinners, not spinning tops. The bearing can break in as well, but should defiantly not need cleaning. I hope this helps and that you are satisfied with your purchase.
SpinProDesignsI have a hard time believing my two-handed spin "form" is so bad that I'm getting less than half of what you got out of the box. With that said, maybe I got a faulty bearing, or it just needs more breakin (or to be de-shielded), or two handed spins are just highly skill-based.
I'd be happy to share a short video with you if it might help.
ultraconsumerCould be more break in, could be a faulty bearing (doubtful, I check them before they leave, could of been damaged from shipping though), could be how you're spinning it, could be that you are not timing it from when it starts until it actually stops, but slows down, could be 10 different things. The one thing I would recommend is to contact me on the platform you purchased your item on, where I can have a matching username with an invoice. I can not help you through massdrop since you never placed an order for my products through massdrop. Thank you
SpinProDesignsNo problem! I'm not unhappy with it, I just wanted to point out that my personal experience was definitely different than what you described. I'll give it a few days and let you know =)
bookquotemonsterI wanted to point out that I've been discussing my issue with David at SpinProDesigns and we both think it's due to a defective bearing in my particular unit (slightly bent bearing retainer).
I understand that imperfections and and do happen and David has been very gracious and forthcoming so far today about working out the details of making it right.
So it sounds like my experience with relatively short spin times definitely shouldn't be the norm.
